Selling HiLo 2001 17R, needs repair It's Sold

Selling Hi-Lo 2001 17R, needs repair, inside is in decent shape, never been abused, former owner got to close to a sign and clipped the awning off, very slight damage, nothing that didn't get fixed, all cables, electrical, and appliances work great. It needs a side support installed on the right side, to support the pulley assembly and the wall, my estimate was around $1000 in Ohio, I'm in California. So I'm selling it very cheap. Tires, axle, bearings, brakes, all have been redone recently. It's in good shape on the inside and fair shape on the outside, it shows it's 21 year old age. We have been taking this camping and everything works great, the side wall leaked from a poor factory design(so I'm told) and weakened the wood support inside the wall. We love this camper but we're forced to sell.........
