We've had it for 5 years (2nd owner), loved it, and our family has out grown it. It's clean, optionally stocked and ready to go.

Water Pump: Non-functional when we purchased it; we’re told it’s an easy fix, but we never got around to it.
Gas Furnace: We never managed to get it running, but it might just need a bit of electrical know-how.
Other Appliances: Refrigerator and stove work great!

It is a hilo. Yes it does lower. No bathroom. There's a little portable toilet in the closet, we've never used.

ok just wondering as I know Joel at Midget RV Bellville, Oh.( now retired and not doing the work on Hilo's anymore that he worked on the last 2 Hilo's of ours = 2006 and present 2008) built some Hilo's after the company went out of business but this says was built in 2009 and Hilo last one built to my knowledge and I may be wrong but was in 2010 or 11 and the ones he built was after that and was because somebody got the rights to do it and that had to be after the 2011 . Just a little confusing . I just never seen nor heard of this style and I know he told me that the ones he built did not have a bathroom and he only built a few and would not build anymore.

I once saw a MoJo when they first came out at an RV show. They collapse down. I think only a few were made. They were made by HiLo if my memory serves me correctly. HiLo closed production in 2010. We always shower with the use of flip flops at the campground bathroom. Plenty of hot water without filling your grey tank.

sounds good hope to maybe see it at the Hilo reunion in Branson june 9-13 contact Amy hilorally@gmail.com for the information. I know the last one we was at there was a woman looking for a smaller one. You never know somebody might be there again for the same reason. Put a for sale sign on and bring along the title just never know .
