We bought a very used Hi-Lo last year and I posted here for help with replacing top rail.
He got it all replaced just a couple of weeks ago. He wrapped the 2 by with rubber and used foam to make the seal. Works great. No bugs!!

I have pulled all the cabinets out and have been working on refinishing them.
The camper had lots of leaks and destroyed the walls inside. I pressure washed the roof today in prep for putting a rubber coating on roof. Forgot the seam tape so must make a run for that tomorrow. Hundreds of pin holes on roof and edge of roof. Also going to pull all the windows and reseal, plus it will be easier to put new walls in with windows out. This is a complete "gut" and re-do. Sofa cushions and coverings are in wonderful condition, just need to be cleaned.
Before I remove awning, I would like to check it and see what condition it's in, but am having a difficult time figuring out how to get the arms down. Help?
We are in a time crunch now, hubby works full-time and we have to have the camper completely finished by June 1. We go to Missouri and live in it for a month selling fireworks. So if anyone will be just south of Branson at that time, stop in and see our re-modeled Hi-Lo.

Well Rats, We, DH and I will be in Branson in the middle part of May.

What brand is the awning? That can help determine how to operate it. Does it say A&E on the arms?
