I am wondering. I have a 1972 Hi Lo travel trailer and it is mint original condition. Will the value of it go up if I keep it in its original "retro" style? Or will it not make a difference. I am trying to decide if I want to spruce it up or keep it as is. I'm thinking it might almost be a crime to change anything but I don't know enough about this topic to make a judgement call. Can anyone help?

Just like old cars if it is kept original state it would be worth more as a collectors item , however everything is not collectible and beauty is in the beholder. I f you have the enthusiasm to keep it as an out the door as out the door can be I am sure somebody else will catch your desire. Personally to update an old item just makes it useful not collectible.

Thank you...

Thank you. That clears my head some. I don't want to do anything to change the camper. It's like a step back in time...40 years! Thanks again!
