Well, my 2nd hi-lo has now fallen victim to the pinholes in the aluminum roof. I would have thought for sure by 2008 they would have solved this issue.

I dug out about 50 or so holes that were the worst, used self leveling compound to fill...some holes opened up much bigger. There was some moisture trapped underneath, so I let it dry out real good for a week, then vacuumed each hole and wiped clean with mineral spirits. The temporary fix should get me through the summer I would think.

I'm already scheduled for a rubber roof Sept 9th!

Need a new roof.

Since you live in Ohio are you goinh to have J&R do the work. I would Get some aluminum patch from an RV source. Externabond tape is also good. We like our rubber roof. When it rains it sounds like boiling macaroni. We have been so dry this summer that hopefully you won't have any more damage.
