Tip out on 2005 motor

Looking for motor on 2005 28 foot with tip out

The motor, located above the tip out opening is actually a modified electric winch from a boat trailer, used to winch a boat onto the trailer instead of the hand crank. They added a fiber board with contacts that keeps the system from going too far beyond the necessary distance needed to lift the room.
