Tip Out

I think our strap for the tip out is hung up in wrench (don't know the right name) but we were able to disconnect strap and manuall tip out the sofa bed. We have a 28C (2007)
Can anyone give advise how to repair?

If you take out the partions in the cupbard you can see all the moving parts in there and go from there
