Can someone identify this Hi-Low trailer? Approximately 20ft long - dual axle w/ surge brakes. Has propane/electric appliances - pressurized water tank - top is raised by electric motor. Has an emblem by the door that says Recreational Vehicle Institute - registered 0184005. Would there be anywhere else to look for a Vin #. I do not have a title....
