Thx, I believe I found in a manual the bar is for manual lowering and needs to move forward (towards the tongue) to lower, seems froze.

Yes, that IS the manual pressure release bar that some trailers have. My manual release is different, so I can't tell you how to use it or how to free it up if frozen. Standby though, someone should be along to help you soon.

I have the same one and it confused me also after reading the manual, put your whole hand on it and pull it toward you. Mine is located just to the right of the steps to go inside. So pulling it forward means to your body. It'll come down fast so just pull it a little so it doesn't just drop on you cause you are actually releasing the fluid holding it up. Hope this helps.
