WTB: 2001+ 23'-25' Hi Lo

I was originally looking for a 31-33 but a couple of good folks steered me away from that. I'm now looking for a smaller 2001+ 23'-25'

Open to either a towlite or a classic. The two main options we're looking for are

1) Expand-a-room
2) Swing down Bunk

If anyone is looking to sell one, I’m in the Northeast but willing to travel.
