    Start buying the 10 pk liquid, 1/2 bottle for 20gal tank. and it won't go bad. Just don't let it freeze. Mine lasted through the winter and Texas 110+ degrees.

    The porch light is a 12v sourse, the motor on the awning will work when it is turned own. Another way would be route your wiring through the porch lite hole bringing the wiring into the cabinet. The wires out side can be hidden and protected by pushing them under the awn frame and silicone them...

    Any welding shop can fix or make. That is no big deal for them

    Awning gone

    Not really pretty, but I use 2 cender blocks (not lite weight) to secure the outside corners. If a wind does come up the awning might bellow, but if it does rip it just destroys the tarp not the hardware at the top or arms.

    Better to have it down, the trailer is more stable and it avoids anything running down the side walls,especially if you are using a liquid sealer. Beside the shorting of the falling distance, or getting down to pick up what you dropped.

    Looks really good, there is enough room to make the reciever a little shorter and give it more tinsel strength. Good job sir.

    The framing comming off the main trailer frame for your bumper and tire carrier are not substantial enough toto support the weight while traveling. I would guess the had a bbq pit that they used while camping. You might have a welder look into adding more support comming off the main frame, but...
