Is there any need for a sliding hitch? The 2013 brochure states a full 90 degree turning radius on short beds. A dealer I spoke with still recommended a sliding hitch anyway... he claimed there could be situations where you would need one. We have a 2011 Ram 2500HD CC SB (6' 4" bed).

Does anyone know who makes the bed for the HappyJac rear bunk bed system? I have one and would like to add the second. When I contacted Happyjac, they only supply the mounting hardware. Another vendor makes the actual bed frame. I would rather try and buy direct and NOT contact the dealer.
