Anyone use a ladder mount bike rack for their RV? Looking for a new bike storage solution and would love any input or advice. Any other types of racks anyone loves?

What is the net-wisdom re: ladder mounted bike racks on a e-pro e20BHS. The ladder has a weight limit of 250lbs, so a couple of bikes won't be anywhere near to that. However, it will be more of a dynamic load. So - has anyone had any issues with that? thanks
