If you have a Force or DX3 with bunks, can you get to rear bedroom and bathroom with slides in?

For the Isata 5 35DB, it seems a little hard to find any actual numbers around the sizes on the bunks (the website only lists the bedroom and the cab over sizes) - does anyone know the actual size of both the top bunk and bottom bunk? Also, I can't seem to find any pictures with the bottom bunk...

So I have a set of queen bunks one side will go up and other will not so I have to lift & push the one side up or hold the one side so it does not crash down what would be the problem? And if I need parts where do I find them
