My wife insist I am too old to be climbing up a ladder to check the top of our slides before moving them in. I was wondering if some of you that have, or had, slide covers could report any pros or cons about them. I have 3 slides and they cost about $1,000.00 installed each.

2017 FR 2401R MB Sprinter lost 2 wheel covers one rear damaged the body. So I modified the rear cover, now it’s easy to check tire pressure without removing cover and still adding some chrome. Used abrasive wheel to cut the center out. Safety wire cover 2 places not going anywhere now.

My wonderful DW recovered our dinette cushions in our 2014 Forester 2451s. The old originals wore out pretty quickly so this was long overdue. A great improvement. She made the back cushions shortly after we bought the camper new. Allot more comfortable than the originals.

Just noticed the dome section of my bathroom fan cover is gone! Must have been cracked and blew away on our trip home last week. Not sure where to find a replacement for it, I have one nearby FR dealer and they were less than helpful over the phone.
