I have a 2017 travel star galaxy star craft camper. the floor of the slideout where it meets the main floor has a beveled edge. I was told with slideout all the way out it should be level with main floor. mine has a hump in the floor and the slideout tilts down. how do I correct this.

Hi all, our new 2023 Zinger is set up in 2 places for a TV. Both places have a Winegard coax connection and both have an outlet that looks like 120V. My question is if you wanted a 12V TV, are those outlets setup to work as either 12V or 120V like thru a transformer? Thanks in advance
