The keypad on the door of our 2022 DynaQuest XL stopped operating the lock when exiting the coach. The keypad will open the lock, but won't close lock. Any ideas on how to fix it???

I have recently purchased a 2016 Winnebago Adventurer 32D motor home. I only got one set of keys for this rig. I would like to have a back up set or two. I removed the inner door cover and have a few numbers but don't know who to contact about duplicate keys. Any help is appreciated.
