Bought splendide washer drain pan it has 1/2 I'd drain hole. Crusader 395BHL washer dryer prepped. Has anyone done a drain line to existing drain pipes for their pan. Or should I just plug the hole? Any suggestion appreciated.

I have a Columbus 382FB and my control panel shows my 'grey tank" and "fresh water tank" are full. I have opened both the grey and galley tank until they are empty but the control panel still shows the grey tank is full. I also cannot find my fresh water drain tank. Help!!
