fuse

I have a fuse that immediately pops, the moment I put it in. This fuse controls about half of the interior lights. The stock radio/stereo recently blew out and I removed it. Is that why I have a short in that line now? Has anyone else had this problem?

I am looking for anything that can tell me what each fuse goes to. Lost power to ac blower motor, rear view camera and dash fans. All fuses here checked good with a voltmeter. 2017 - 377xl
