Helping a friend with CPAP and O2 generator overnight power needs when boondocking. CPAP can run on 12v supply but O2 needs 120v. He has 2 AGM 27 Batts @ 100ah. Will those two batteries make it for 6 Hours? I believe it is rated at 270 watts.
