hot water

This problem is solved but I had no hot water in the cabin but the hot water heater ran. It's under the sink there are bypass valves but it's behind a panel which has four screws in it can understand why this didn't get a door on it.

First time this happened: Plenty of hot water for a couple of showers. Two showers had only 2-3 minutes of hot water. I let the WH run until it shut downs between showers. Any thoughts?
