Our Jensen VM9726BT radio failed. That model has been discontinued by Jensen so replacement is not an option. I've ordered a Pioneer AVH-X490B. I might have it installed soon and will report on results. Anyone else have the Jensen failure?

When I play a CD in the Jensen stereo the music comes from the TV speakers not the RV speakers. Is there a way to play a CD without the stereo using the DVD mode?

Does anybody have this Jensen sound controller in their RV? I cannot seem to get the sound to go from the TV and into the sound bar also made by Jensen. I'm trying to figure out if I am missing a step or if it was never hooked up properly.

We have a Jensen Coach radio and have very poor reception problems. Pulled out the radio and it has cable and power source plugged into the antenna terminal. The wire disappears in the wall and there is no external antenna. What's up?:( Anyone else having this problem. Thanks Dave
