Help! I have a 2018 Rpod . The refrigerator works on Shore Power but not on Propane. The flame is on and the coils are cool, not cold. Any idea on how to fix this? It makes it very difficult to boone dock! Thanks!

We have a Rockwood signature ultralight with dometic refrigerator in the slide. It makes a very loud humming noise. From the research I've done, it appears it may be dirty coils or bad fans. My question is has anyone else had this problem, and what was the fix?
