Ok so I decided on a Jeep Wrangler 4 door for a toad on my class A. Since i have the aftermarket bumpers with D Rings on them i can get the blue ox attachments and im good. Question is, Being the Jeep is light (relatively) do i still need a braking system for it or can i just hook up and go???

The center of my motorhome receiver is 21" high and the baseplate tow bar height is 13 1/2" for a difference of 7 1/2". Am I better off going with a 6" drop hitch and have a slight upward angle on the tow bar or a 8" drop and have a very slight downward angle?

I bought a 94 gel tracker for a toad. Problem is when I make a 90 degree turn the steering continues going back and forth!! I have to stop then it pulls straight. I have towed many times and never had this happen, any ideas? FYI I was towing it behind my truck, had just picked it up.
