We have an E5 error code on our Suburban water heater (tankless) 2024 wildwood heritage glen. We’ve been hooked up for 5 days and have changed nothing since original hookups. Suggestions? I’ve tried to look up the E5 error code but all the suggestions haven’t helped.

My experience is with a 6gal water heater which you have to isolate from the hot water system and drain for winterization. If I am reading the manual for the GSWH-2 correctly, all I have to do is leave it in line and flush the system with non-tox at every hot faucet. Am I right?
