Caulking questions

Consulted with DH. If you have an aluminum roof then you can use Dicor caulk where your trim meets the edge of the roof. Caulk where the edge of the trim meets the side/fiberglass. If you have a rubber roof use Dicor only where the trim meets the rubber roof. Use Lexel caulk where the trim meets the fiberglass on the side. Dicor can be purchased at RV dealers and Lexel caulk can be purchased at ACE Hardware. This is premium caulk and takes a few days to set up. About $8.00 a tube. It can also be purchased on line or at Lowes. All therr areas you have circled need caulk.

What is the make of your AC unit?

Model # would be helpful. I got a AC gasket from our HiLo dealer. Our AC unit has been replaced several years ago by our Dealer. Put a piece of carpet on the roof. Unfasten the AC unit and slide it onto the carpet. Maybe use dowl rod to assist in moving it over. Use Dicor caulk and externabond tape if necessary. Have a new AC seal ready and replace. UTube should have a video on how to do this.

I have a brand new one that I'll sell you cheap. my new a/c came with one included so I don't need the one I purchased.
