We bought this a while back as a "project". We took a few years to restore it, and have now gone camping in it for the last several seasons, including last weekend!
The walls and ceiling were repaired and replaced by J&R Repairs. They also did the main seal, some body work, and other needed repairs. We replaced the water heater, shower curtain rod assembly, all curtains and curtain rods, the screen door slide and latch, 12v plug receptacles, exhaust fan in the bathroom, and all ceiling lights were switched to led bulbs.
The furnace worked when we last used it in the fall and the a/c worked last weekend. The stove, refrigerator and microwave are all good. All the original cushions and swing away bunk are in good shape. The tires have less than 2,000 miles on them and the brakes less than 1,000 miles. The roof got a couple of coats of Kool Seal last season - no leaks. The awning is in good shape.
We've done lots of refreshing and upgrading, but now it's time to let it go. It's hard for me to put a price tag on this, so suggestions are appreciated.
