Sounds like a deal, Wayne. I bought my 1999 22ft Classic about 4 years ago and I have a lot more into it than you are asking.

If your floor plan is like mine, I think this size Hi-Lo is pretty desirable, though, and I didn't find many on the market at the time.

Thanks for the info anchorwood.
We certainly have enjoyed our little turtle as we call her.

We also have 1999 Hi-Lo 22' Classic. Love the floor plan. Took a while to find this one, but happy we came across it. We happily paid $5400 for ours 2 years ago, in mint condition. I think you are asking a very fair price on yours. It will make someone a happy camper.

Thanks Harmony Lodge for your input.
We have had a lot of fun in our Turtle as we like to call her. I know you are enjoying yours. I’m confident that Happy Camper will come along soon.

Wayne, to put it in perspective...I bought a 1997 22' yesterday for 6500. Now, in my defense, it has a ton of upgrades...solar added, 2 new heavier duty axles, re-wired to support 2 batteries (lift now has its own battery). Overall in great shape except the awning which I will also have to replace...or at least the canvas. (Any advice/links on awning replacement appreciated).

Anyway, no buyers regret. So $5K is a good price.

Welcome to the forum.

We are here for any questions you may have. Find out what make of awning you have. If the fabric is worth repairing look up your local awning/boat canvas repair place. I have not had to do this repair. Get on you tube for tutorials of fabric replacement. The spring winding can be very dangerous. I have posted pics but can’t seem to make them stick.
