Hi. I have a 2001 hi-love. We recently purchased it. We were not told that the whole front wall had been rotted out. Interior is in decent shape but the wall rot affects the raising and lowering mechanism. Currently we have it jacked up.
Offering it for sale as a whole salvage unit for $1500 obo, or as parts.
It can be easily repaired, we just don't have the time. Out loss, your gain.

The length of the trailer could make a difference in parts available.:)

I rebuilt a 1999 hilo top last summer that was in much better shape than yours. Judging from the missing wall paper and ripples under the window the side towards the fence looks rotted. The rear has some ripples in the wall also. Based on what I can see, the entire top needs to be rebuilt. I spent about $1500-$2000 on mine and I was able to re-use all the skins.
