2003 17 foot TowLite for Sale

We have a 2003 17 foot Towlite for sale in Roanoke Va. It is in very good shape with air, furnace, hot water heater, 3way refrigerator, toilet/shower and the rest all working. Brand new tires put on in April. Unloaded weight (UVW) is 2690, loaded (GVWR) is 3840. This unit has a table and lounge that makes into a king sized bed. Also has bunk bed so it would be perfect for family with 2 small children. All the comfort of a full sized hard sided trailer and it tows like a popup. Awning is 2 years old, thermostat replaced with digital Hunter, exhaust fan replaced with multi speed, reversable fan. All windows have been re caulked with Lexel caulk and roof re caulked with dicor self leveling. Bearings repacked this spring. Unit is ready to camp in. Asking 6300, (NADA Avg Retail) price as these units are getting harder to find. Towing with half ton 5.3 2011 Chevy Pickup with Cap getting between 13 and 15 miles per gallon in the mountains of Virginia. HILO is Sold

Our 2003 17 footer sold today to a nice couple who hopefully will enjoy it as much as we did. Hated to see it go, but we purchased a 22 ft 2008 Towlite a month or so ago and the 17 footer had to go. Thanks to all for looking.
