I have a loaded 2005 2705T for sale $7000 ($11200 low retail book price)
It has some water damage and will need to have the sides rebuilt. I sealed the top moldings and the rear windows last fall and removed the bottom moldings so the sides could dry out. I bought it to repair but my wife prefers our older smaller one, and frankly I am too worn out to do it.
The tipout has a sofa bed and there is a queen size bed in the rear.
The appliances are beautiful but the sink faucet needs replaced.
I don't think you would have any problems using this for a summer if you wanted to before you finished the repairs. Send me a PM with questions if interested.

Cutting back to 4500

My wife says she wants to keep our 94 so I have to part with this one. $4500. It needs both sides fixed and a good handyman can do it. I am doing the 94 and it doesn't seem to be too bad a job and I am redesigning the sides.
It has the rear bedroom with the queen size bed. See the first post for a picture of the invoice that lists the equipment.
