$5000. Stored in my garage when not in use. Everything works. Clean, but could use a new shower curtain. Tires new as of March, 2020. Battery new as of February, 2021 (5 year warranty battery!), Propane tanks recertified for 5 more years as of April, 2021 and both just refilled as well. Available after June 18, as I have one last trip planned (to Michigan).
(The pictures show where I removed the kitchen table to make myself a single bed with 2 bench seats, rather than having to take the bed apart every morning to put the table back up. The table and an armrest have been stored in my basement and can be put back in very easily.)
