Sadly, I'm parting with this gorgeous HiLo. We just took it on a 3k+ 4 week trip southeast and it was perfect! Now have decided to RV full-time and did a major upgrade to better suit our needs, I'm so excited!!! So we have had this for 3 years but only just got to use it this year. It has been in storage and is in great shape! We live very close to Rob and he is very familiar with the camper as the previous 2 owners also live close. We have a binder with everthing in it from purchase to now including add-ons all all repair work, except for the brand new water heater tank as the receipt for that went through my washer 
but Rob probably has it. All 4 cables (to raise and lower) replaced this April. Brand new tires this April and brand new 7 point electrical connection. And new marine battery. Fresh water and battery sensors work but black and gray do not and 1 blind needs repaired. It does have a bunk bed above the main bed and stereo/speakers, and a microwave oven.
