It saddens me to say, we are selling our 24' Towlite.
We live in an older neighborhood and there is only 12' of clearance between house and fence, difficult to maneuver.
We love this camper, easy to pull and get so many questions about it. Not many of these around.
We have replaced with custom made mattresses for bunk over couch and the double bed.
We have replaced the 13,500 BTU A\C with a newer 15,000 Btu unit with heat strips.
All 5 tires have been renewed.
This camper really pulls like a dream, with weight distribution hitch and sway attachment. Before you know it you are on the highway and no real drag behind you.
Im hoping some one will fall as much into this camper just as we have.

The camper is located in Jacksonville, Florida

Travel Trailer is a 1996
Hitch Weight is around 400 lbs
Unloaded trailer weight is 3200
Axle weight is 2783 lbs

As seen in Pic I use a 2007 1500 Silverado to pull the trailer.

Need more information.

What year is this towlite. Please post weights so someone will know if their current vehicle can tow this. Good luck getting a sale. This looks like a nice unit.

Sell if you must, but I have a 27T and the clearance between the house and fence is 9' 3". I use a Power Caster to park the 27T between the house and fence. It is not an easy task, and as I begin to approach double 7's, my eyes play tricks on me so I do have DW at the back of the trailer keeping me on the straight and narrow.:D

My main issue is im having to back in on my passenger side. I have a telephone pole and yard decoration right in front of path, so im having to back in from the bad side and work it into the area at an angle.
I appreciate you though, and i wish i didnt have to sell it.

Here is a pic of the situation.

Understand! Trying to park one from an angle is very difficult. I have to have my 27T pulled out to the very front of my drive so I can get it parked in place. If I misjudge the needed angle, I have to pull the trailer forward and start again.:(
