hi-lo 2510 tip out couch bed

When I fold out the couch it only measures 54 x 57. there is no mattress and i was wondering where they got the 72" measurement from and also there would be no walk room between couch and cabinets for people to get to restroom

Maybe they are including the armrests in the 72".

Also according to the brochure, the couch is a 3 cushion couch and ours is only a 2 cushion. Maybe special order or couch got replaced by previous owner

Hi-Lo and other RV manufacturers are famous for changing things unannounced. There may be a disclaimer somewhere in the brochure.

Shame they never put an "as built" note in each trailer layout when it was sold. Would have made things a lot easier for us.
Perhaps they never thought there would be so many die-hard Hi Lo fans, this many years later.

When I helped my Hi-Lo dealer friend we would get boxes full of Hi-Lo brochures for the new models and for the most part they were printed prior to the beginning of production. Look at the bottom corner of the specifications page. In the meantime, things got changed.

I just bought and am getting set up a HiLo 2511H with tip out. I am not sure I have figured out yet how to unfold the little 54 inch wide couch out more than one fold out... is there a hidden support to fold it out once more to extend a full 72 inches to support a full size air mattress? Will be checking the couch in the trailer again this weekend when back at my duck club where it is parked (120 miles east).

So, what did you end up doing to get the couch to open up and support a 72 inch air mattress? My couch in my new 2511H only folds out once to the 57 inch length like you reported. Worse case, I will build a support or get a coffee table or stools...

I have a 2510 When the sofa slide out drops into the trailer, there is a strap holding the sofa in place. The Strap is fraying. Is there a trick to getting a new strap or putting it in?
