Awning is New , exhaust fan replaced with multi speed, reversible Fantastic fan. Coleman-Mack AC replaced 6-21-2013 & runs only 1450 Watts on Honda 2000i super quite inverter generator. Unit is ready to camp in. Asking $6475, (NADA) these units are hard to find. Towing with Jeep Liberty 2010 getting between 13 and 15 miles gal. Best of all fits in standard garage. I add Soft LED lights thru out + inside closet. Also available is a PowerMover AC3 Dolley for Putting in garage for an additional $800.00, and Eaz-Lift 48058 Elite Weight Distributing Hitch Kit - $150.00
