Hi all, first timers here!

We picked up a 93 18TD from a coworker, price was right and we enjoy tinkering. It needs quite a bit of work but we think it'll be worth it in the end.

Welcome to the forum.

Anything that is wrong with a HiLo can be repaired. Many on the forum have done extensive repairs including my self. Make sure you take out all the windows and reseal. UTube has a video on how to do this. Post often and we will guide you as you do repairs.

I just bought a 1976 that needs a complete redo also! I'm not even sure if it goes up and down!
