Although not around your corner, I have decided to part with my 1993 unit, it is a rare 31' Hilo with a Master bedroom, central full bath, goucho couch/queen bed, and breakfast nook/ double bed. Fridge is like new and the heat and hot water are working well. AC is also working. Let me know if you are interested.
