Need assistance in repairing ceiling in 2005

Does anyone know how to remove the wood beam in the photos with the warning sticker on it between the dining table and bathroom? Doesn't seem structural but do I have to get to it from under the roof? Thank you.

Armont, pull the bottom piece off and you will find screws that go into the ceiling. That's made out of cheap wood with paneling attached.
