Need motor for my 30 year old hi-low.

Need motor part number and where to purchase or how to repair it will not go down when I shorted out when re-wiring

You possibly just killed a Circuit Breaker (or need to reset it) or blew a fuse. The motor does nothing to lower the top, when you lower the top you just electrically open the lowering valve and the top falls be gravity.

You're going to need to do some circuit checking instead of just throwing parts at the trailer.
