See if they have the part you need. Have one made up at a metal shop.

Although pricey, this website has a lot of sizes they are calling "escape hatches": https://www.rvpartscenter.com/shop-by-categories/list2/vents-roof-supplies/rv-escape-hatch-exit-vent

If you google "escape hatch" instead of "vent" more choices do come up in that size.

The only company I found that still makes the correct size is HENGS Manufacturing and you can find them on Amazon under Hengs escape hatch covers. Price starts around $ 65.
