Hi
I am looking for the best place to find a hydraulic cylinoid for a 1978 Hilo. Old part number is
Saz-4201 P.
Thank you for any help:)

That solenoid can be purchased at any auto parts store. I'd suggest you remove and tag the wires and take a pic then take it to auto zone, advanced etc and get the same one and install it. Where in FL? bonita springs here.

From what I’ve seen, they look like old Ford starter solenoids...I’ve replaced a few (on cars that is) over the years.

They were on Ford’s in the 60’s and 70’s, and maybe some 80’s/90’s.

Napa should have no problem matching it up.,

Every auto parts store should carry them. Hugely generic part, were very popular in the racing crowd for handling heavy load circuits.

Just ask for a Ford Starter solenoid, they’ll know exactly what you’re looking for. They aren’t specific to HiLo or anyone else.

They use a low-current circuit to energize the high current starter motor to drive the hydraulic pump.

Here’s one on Amazon for about $15
