Towlite 1901 (2001 year)

Located near Venice, Florida, I have a 2001 19 foot Towlite Hi-Lo trailer. The trailer is in generally good condition, but has been slightly modified and redecorated on the inside (some by me, some by the previous owner).


First the good news:
5 new tires (including spare) (less than 1 year old)
New battery
Refurbished hydraulic cylinder
Roof in good shape
Air Conditioner works fine
Refrigerator works
Stove works
Exterior shower hose
Water heater works
Swing down bunk (no mattress)
Water pump works
Dual propane tanks
Lots of storage under stove and sink, and overhead in galley area and on forward wall, and under sofa/bed

Dinette converts to bed. Sofa converts to bed.



The Bad
Furnace is unknown
I had to fabricate a lower door

The Ugly
Unit was repainted on the inside, and could use a fresh coat.
The shower area was modified to remove the toilet. This made the area large enough to stand up in comfortably to shower. I have the original toilet so you can reinstall it if desired.
The rear was changed to create more space to hold a portable toilet.
The wardrobe was modified to make it easier to access with wire drawers.

Towlite 1901 for sale

What are you asking for your 2001 19 ft Towlite. Are the new tires 13 inch or 15 inch? Has there been any water leaks, soft spots on walls/ceiling?
