As a new (2307C) Hi-Lo owner, I'd be grateful for any advice the more experienced Hi-Lo owners have about what kind of spares or maintenance material/equipment they take along "just in case" or that they found out they often needed on trips.

Always carry a set of jumper cables. If the Hi-Lo battery gets run down, you can use the jumper cables from your tow vehicle to the Hi-lo battery to get the top raised and lowered.

I always carry - assortment of fuses for the HiLo and tow vehicle
battery charger and cables
air compressor (I have both a 12v and 110V)
farm jack
spare bottle of trans fluid (for lift system)
4 way lug wrench
good assortment of tools in tool box
"red neck creeper" - piece of cardboard to lay on:D

WD-40 to go with the duct tape. I carry a spare battery. Spare bulbs, tube of caulking, electrical connectors and tape, I have a zip strip thing to unclog drains, cocktail shaker. We boondock away from people- shovel, hatchet, 2 ton come-along

I was lost in the desert without a cork screw for 2 weeks once.
It was terrible! I had to survive on nothing but food and water!
W.C. Fields.

I picked up an impact wrench for changing tires. These can be operated off of your 12 volts; also a scissor jack. Pick up a cheap DC voltmeter; they come in handy; an extra sewer cap; a 12 volt tire pump; rubber gloves for the sewer work; extra sewer treatment tabs; insect repellent; bunge cords; bottled water; extra blankets; assorted tools; electrical tape; lock for your ball hitch while you're away; anchor ropes for your awning if the wind is strong; rug for ground by step; ant spray if you parked on an ant bed and ant bait for inside if they got inside (been there), and these critters are hard to get rid of...but that's camping---have fun!
