VIN Number 1994 Funchasher

Having a problem with the State of New Mexico in reference to getting new title to my 1994 22' Funchasher. New Mexico requires a complete VIN Number in two places in order to get a title for my Hi-Lo. I have a sticker on the front left with complete VIN. The one stamped on the tongue (frame) behind propane bottles has only the last five digits of the VIN. Without complete VIN in two different places, the state will not issue a new title.

Can anyone provide more information in where I might find a second complete VIN on the trailer?

Thanks for the info. Mine looks exactly like yours. Complete VIN on sticker and only last five digits stamped on frame. I need two locations with complete VIN.
