Can an Arvika bike rack be used with an Equal-I-zer hitch? I have a 2012 Tahoe pulling a travel trailer and need somewhere to mount a couple of bikes. The Arvika looks like a great solution, but I've heard somewhere that it can't be used with an Equal-I-zer.
