I have lumps or ridges running from the bottom to the top of my fiberglass is this normal

I just took my unit out of the storage yard, it has optional fiberglass sides and there were least two or more black/gray streaks from where the side & roof meet. Does anybody on here besides me have the optional sides and if so what did/do you use to clean them? Thanks!

We're considering a new RV that has this damage. The dealer says that they will do the repair including a new decal. Is anyone experienced with such repairs. I assume that it might look ok at first, but how about a year from now?? I'll appreciate any opinions, John
