WTB 22' to 24' West Coast

My wife and I are looking for a 22' or 24' Hi-Lo. We live near Spokane but will be traveling down south soon. Looking for something in good shape. Please let me know if you have one or know somebody who has one.

I have a 2403T that is available. It's in the San Francisco Bay Area. New roof, shade and tires. Everything works. Nice thing is the 24 has the "tilt out" which really opens up the inside.
