city water

The connector for attaching city water/hose broke off on my 2021 Riverstone 390RKFB. I was able to remove the interior water line from the back of the panel but now need to get the broken connector out/removed so that I can replace with a new. How do I remove the connector?

When I hook up to city water, I have water coming out of the gravity water port side. I looked for shut off valve but there isn’t one around the pump. I am out of solutions ?
