city water

My trailer is connected to city water but it will stop for no reason. Then I will go outside and wiggle the hose and it starts again. Has anyone else experienced this?

Water is overflowing from the fresh water tank inlet. We never use the fresh water tank and always connect to city water. A camp neighbor believes there is a bad check valve somewhere. Thoughts? 2017 Flagstaff 23IKSS. Thanks. Ron

We have a 2019 2906RS and at a park so I have the city water hooked up but my wife noticed water coming out of the fresh water fill so pulled the cap and it’s full. I only put about 10 gallons in it for a night at a Harvest Host. Any ideas why this would happen. Thanks
